Female Fans Applaud Linda Ikeji’s Drive

 

Four undergraduates of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Cliff Amaka, Cynthia Iremeka Patrick, Jenny Obicheta and Rose Domnic have commended Linda Ikeji for her motivation and positive influence on them and thousands of youths, applauding her consistence and hard work on social media.

The female fans of the popular blogg‎er went round the university community carrying placards with such inscriptions like “You are stronger than you think, believe in yourself”, “Accept the challenges so that you feel the exhilaration of victory”, “I would rather be self-made” and “Motivating and empowering young women,” in celebration of Ikeji.

Their action is not unconnected with Ikeji’s recent move to support young ladies with N10 million fund and her independent source of livelihood.

Speaking to a blogger AlexReports, one of the ladies, Amaka said their action was not sponsored or aimed at attracting Ikeji’s attention but borne out of the resolve to eulogise a young woman from a humble background who rose to fame doing what she loves doing.
